What usually goes wrong is not what people fear
The complaints that repeat about leaving Cancun Airport are about money and confusion, not violence: a price settled at the end rather than the start, an "included transfer" that turned out to be a timeshare presentation, or a vehicle that was not the one expected.
They all have the same antidote: arrive with the booking made, at a closed price, knowing the company and the driver. A traveller who already knows who is waiting has nothing to decide at the kerb — and the kerb is where these decisions go wrong.
How to verify the person meeting you is the one you booked
Your driver waits outside the terminal, in uniform, with airport-issued ID and a sign with your name on it. We send the exact meeting point, with a photo, by WhatsApp and email 24 hours before you land — so you recognise it before arriving rather than after.
Nobody from our team will approach you inside the arrivals hall or ask you for money at the kerb: payment is 100% online at booking. If someone offers you an "All Transfers" ride inside the terminal, or asks you to pay on boarding, it is not us. Message us on WhatsApp before you move.
A 3 a.m. landing does not change the procedure
We run 24 hours and we track your flight, so a 3 a.m. arrival or a two-hour delay changes nothing: your driver is still there and the 90 minutes of waiting are included in the fare. Nor does the price change — it is flat per vehicle and never rises by time of day or season.
The one thing that is different at night is that there are fewer people around and fewer improvised options. That is why a booked transfer matters more then than at midday: not because the city is different, but because improvising at 3 a.m. is a worse plan than improvising at 3 p.m.
Checklist before getting into any vehicle
1. Did you book this service, or is it being offered to you on the spot? If it is being offered, it is not yours.
2. Does the sign have your name on it? Ours does, written before you landed.
3. Do you already know the total? With us you paid online; nobody should be asking you for money as you board.
4. Are you outside the terminal? That is where we wait. We approach nobody inside the arrivals hall.
5. If something feels off, do not argue at the kerb: message us on WhatsApp. It is faster and it costs nothing.
